Abstract: With the evloving of traffic era, the traffic dividend for telecom operators is coming to an end. Operators are facing changes in growth patterns, intensified cross-border alternative competition, ecosystem evolution, and changes in the industry chain model. It is necessary to find new growth drivers for the industry to make new breakthroughs. In the 5G era, telecom operators need to make efforts in digital transformation, network technology upgrading, and reforming in the organization, process, culture, personnel and institutional mechanisms, so as to achieve sustainable development and growth.
