Abstract: With the rapid development and application of Artificial Intelligence technology, more and more AI applications are beginning to be developed and deployed on mobile terminal devices. Apple, Huawei, Samsung, Qualcomm and other domestic and foreign giant manufacturers are stepping up to layout terminalArtificial Intelligence, and initially realized the penetration of AI technology in every link of the mobile phone industry chain such as chips, platforms, applications, and terminal products. This paper analyzes the application status and trend of Artificial Intelligence in mobile terminals, and four development trends of Artificial Intelligence and mobile terminals are proposed, namely, lightweight design of models, integrated development of clouds and mobile terminals, deep integration of cutting-edge technologies, and continuous application of vertical fields.
