Abstract: With the development of Cloud-Network Integration,“cloud”has become one of the important characteristics of network transformation. Large Internet companies rely on their own advantages in the field of cloud services, with the help of IEP, BGP, DCI and other facilities and technologies, build a“Internet of Cloud”, and initially have the ability to replace the telecommunications network. Telecom operators face the risk of“network OTT”. China’s telecom operators should respond to the challenges by increasing the share of cloud services, innovating cloud service models, and accelerating network capabilities.
