Research and development of smart building and smart city standards

Abstract: Intelligent building involves many subdivisions, many kinds of national standards and other standards are often involved in some of its content. Based on a systematic review of international and domestic standards for intelligent buildings and smart homes, this paper gives several major suggestions on the standards of smart buildings and smart cities in China at the present stage.
