Research on 5G SA number-porting networking solution

Abstract

Abstract: The launch of 5G commercial services and the launch of local number portability in the whole nation attract much attention in 2019. The present technology solutions for the local number portability cannot support 5G SA services despite that it supports 5G NSA services. 5G SA standards and the industrial chain are getting matured. To ensure that users of the local number portability enjoy the same rights under the same conditions, it is necessary for operators to study networking for the local number portability of 5G SA service and implementation solutions in parallel when they formulate 5G SA commercial plans. This will promote the research and development of 5G SA equipment for the local number portability.
