摘要：

“十四五”开启中国绿色发展新篇章,“绿色化”与“数字化”“智能化”的协同成为了“十四五”期间的重点发展方向,新型智慧城市建设将为“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的实现提供重要抓手。论述了“双碳”战略下新型智慧城市的建设思路;通过对新型智慧城市的顶层设计、数字基础设施、智能中枢、智慧应用等方面的分析,梳理出与“双碳”战略相关的建设内容,最后提出了“双碳”战略下新型智慧城市建设的发展建议。

关键词: 碳达峰, 碳中和, 新型智慧城市, 顶层设计

Abstract:

The 14th Five-Year Plan begins the new chapter of sustainable development, during which it is significant to promote the coordination among “sustainability”, “digitalization” and “intellectualization”. The new-type smart cities will facilitate the country to achieve the goals of carbon peak and neutrality. This paper discusses the construction path of new-type smart cities in the context of carbon strategies. Also, it summarizes the construction content based on the analysis of top-level design, digital infrastructure, smart hubs and intelligent applications. Finally, it puts forword suggestions for the development of new-type smart cities construction under the background of carbon strategies .
