摘要:

算力基础设施是一种新型基础设施,有助于我国重大科技创新、行业转型升级和社会治理水平提升。通过对算力基础设施定义和分类进行梳理,阐述了计算异构、算网协同、算力泛在、绿色低碳等重要发展趋势,分析了我国当前算力基础设施建设面临的挑战,从产业生态构建、技术体系研究、统筹资源布局、绿色低碳优化等方面提出促进我国算力基础设施高质量发展的对策建议。

关键词: 算力基础设施, 数据中心, 算网协同, 绿色, 低碳

Abstract:

Computing infrastructure is one of new infrastructure, will be conductive to scientific and technological innovation, industrial upgrading and social governance. on the basis of the definition and classification of computing infrastructure, this paper expounds the important development trends of computing heterogeneity, computing and network coordination, ubiquitous computing power, green and low-carbon, analyzes challenges faced by computing infrastructure construction in China, and puts forward corresponding strategic advice for high-quality development of computing infrastructure from the aspects of industrial ecological construction, technical system research, overall resource layout, and green and low-carbon optimization.
