摘要: A 化工企业作为流程工业的典型代表,具有工艺复杂、生产场景多样化、设备厂线杂而多等特点, 且存在着大量高密度泛在连接场景,同时伴随着高温、毒气、灰尘和易燃易爆等恶劣环境。 在这些高危 场景中,由于 3G、4G 和 Wi鄄Fi 等传统无线数据传输方式难以满足工业场景下低时延、高可靠和抗干扰等 需求,数据采集与设备远程控制主要基于有线光纤实现。 化工行业诸多应用场景亟需低时延、高可靠无 线数据传输与控制通信方式,在此背景下,对基于 5G+边缘计算能力的智能控制系统在某化工企业核心 设备内的在线监测、溯源预警、管控修复功能进行了研究。

Abstract: As a typical representative, a chemical company has the characteristics of complicated processes, production scenes, equipment factory lines, etc. , and there are a large number of high-density ubiquitous connection scenes, accompanied by harsh environments such as high temperature, poisonous gas, dust, and flammable explosions. In these high-risk scenarios, because traditional wireless data transmission methods such as 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi cannot meet the requirements of low latency, high reliability, and anti-interference, data collection and remote device control are mainly realized by wired optical fiber. The chemical industry urgently needs low-latency, high-reliability wireless data transmission methods. In this context, this paper studies the functions of online monitoring, traceability and early warning, management, control and repair of an intelligent control system based on 5G+ edge computing capabilities in a chemical enterprises core equipment.
