摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了欧盟5G 安全相关的监管法律和指导性文件,梳理了欧盟开展5G 安全监管工作的系列举措和推进路径,并从监管模式、推动机制以及供应链安全保障等方面分析和解读了欧盟在5G 安全方面的现行举措。我国可借鉴欧盟的相关做法有序推动5G 安全监管工作,保障我国5G 网络安全健康发展。

Abstract: This paper introduces 5G security regulatory laws and guidance of EU in detail, and sorts out series of measures and promotion paths for 5G security regulatory work of EU. At last, this paper analyzes and interprets the EU’s current measures in 5G security in the aspects of regulatory mode, promotion mechanism and supply chain security. EU’s practices can be learnt to promote 5G security regulatory mode and ensure 5G network developing in a healthy way in China.
