摘要: 先进制造业是我国制造业未来发展的必然趋势和重要方向。随着先进制造业的发展,其对于聚集化、个性化的科技服务体系的需求越来越高。目前,我国正大力推进科技服务平台的建设,以实现科技资源的高效利用,促进科技成果转化落地,更好地推动先进制造业的发展。研究了科技服务平台的运行模式及其与先进制造业的协同发展过程,并从当前运行成效与未来发展潜力两个维度构建面向先进制造业的科技服务平台发展成效评价指标体系,为科技服务平台建设和管理提供参考依据。

Abstract: Advanced manufacturing industry is the trend and important direction in China. With the development of advanced manufacturing industry, there is an increasing need for the technological innovative service system that can offer integrated and customized service. At present, China is vigorously promoting science and technology (S&T) service platforms, in order to realize the efficient utilization of S&T resources, promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, and accelerate development of advanced manufacturing industry. This paper studies the operation mode of S&T service platform and its synergic relationship with advanced manufacturing industry. This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development performance of S&T service platform oriented to advanced manufacturing industry from two dimensions: current operation performance and future development potential, providing a reference point for the construction and management of S&T service platforms.
